Pretty Sorry Response to a case of Trouble
Hopefully you are able to monitor this forum. I would like to give you a quote from one of the testers working on a case of trouble I have with one of my webrings.
"support 05/06/2009 14:37:44: If a problem remains, please open a NEW ticket. In the description, begin with "FOR TECHS ONLY PLEASE" then explain the problem Unfortunately, trying to wade through the verbose responses from a particular helper is very confusing and our time is limited.

I consider this response from the Help and Support department a waste of my time!
