The support system does indeed allow questions, perhaps you did not followit through to where you submit the ticket.
In any case, go to you my account page and click on teh greenish webspace and storage tab. on the resulting screen select the webspace folder and click go. there you can use the CMS system to manage files, etc.
This has been fairly well document in newsletters, webring blog, and with links on the wepspace front page as well. try looking there.
