Dedicated to advance & empower the arts in Arkansas for the benefit of all Americans & to promote & share the works of Arkansas artisans. The word "artist" is used in its broadest meaning to includes all the arts. WebRing members may be artists, artist organizations, theater groups, painters, musicians, wood carvers, actors, writers, quilters, basket makers, & more. Until Arkansas artists are too numerous, this WebRing will accept artists outside of Arkansas who at heart wish they were in Arkansas. All member sites are reviewed & must meet the intent of this webring.
