i have been on benzos for 2 and a half years and was asked by shrink to stop on thursday night. i usuallly take 1mg twice a day. on friday morning i began to feel misirable. i was nuaseous and began feeling numb in my extremities. i then had a .5mg and began to feel a bit better. i then completely stopped this medication and its been a nightmare. its monday and i still feel terrible. if i knew what i know now i would never have taken this crap.
