Just watch. I'm going back to basics with my long stagnant drawing skills in the hopes of realizing my teenage dream to become a comic books penciller. I know I have the talent...Can I stick to this and not let life get in the way?
Preparing to get into comic book publishing, need an artist who can do enough art for 32 page comic book. Money would be made from percentage of revenue. Maybe in black and white or Color. I have short scripts or the artist might have some. If none of the stories jell we could look at other writers. Its an open idea. Maybe have three artists each do a book from a series of three. Its open. Its my first time in the publishing world, besides doing photos for newspaper work.
Basically, from doing some research it would work by me publishing 50 copies of the comic book and then sending a copy to distribution. Hopefully they'll pick it up. If not, which I'm sure they will because we'd be a kick-ass team. Low Plains Productions, LLC is in a tri-county area so we could sell them locally if it came down to it. The point would be to tell a story and that's what we would do.

Aloha! My company Lime Media Hawaii had a hosting disaster when Google changed Hawaii Star Manga Project site over to their Google Sites system from their Page Creator system. They no longer support standard nav links (java script & rss are kaput) so I need to work out some sort of compromise with the Ring Pass/Fail Checker to get us back in the pale with the system as we depend on Webring traffic so close to our launch date. My paypal links and Bravenet hit counters were also totaled by this!I've tried to paste the code, and I get a flag that there are some html that will be removed despite the numerous attempts I've made to support the Nav link on the page.

I am looking for pencillers, inkers, colorers, letterers. I have a couple of characters that I would like to flesh out and create some more. I would like to start a comic book line that is reminiscent of the old time comics where several characters rotate through different adventures in a comic title (for instance, Whiz Comics of 1949 - 1952). I would like to bring back justice and heroism. If anyone is interested in starting this line, please let me know.
