Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. was founded January 16th, 1920 on the campus of Howard University in Washington DC. by five lovely ladies. These ladies dared to depart from the traditional organizations for Black women and sought to establish a new organization focusing on Scholarship, Service, Sisterly Love and Finer womanhood. A private nonprofit organization, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority is incoprporated in Washington, D.C.
