My Name is Sally and I have concerns about the care a mini horse is getting . I hope you can tell me every thing is fine and the horse is OK. Here's what I've seen. The horse is being used as a therapy animal in a suburb that does not allow live stock and the horse is blind in one eye. The horse is kept inside of the residence and let out on a deck to relieve it's self. There is no grazing area at all. The garage is used as a stable .I guess my question is , is this good for the miniatures? I've seen the horse starting to pace and that behavior is what made me question it's care. I hope some one has some answers. I'm worried .
