CMN is the Internet project of the 3rd Continental Congress Department of Defense (3CC-DoD). It is designed to provide website linkage and email contact for the commanders, public affairs and recruiting officers of constitutional citizen militias which are affiliated with and supporting the Third Continental Congress.
