The ancient African Imhotep's enormous talents and his work as a healer are legendary. His accomplishments are a matter of historical record. Imhotep was a poet, architect, and physician who served under four ancient Egyptian kings. He was chief architect for Djoser’s pyramid at Saqqara. David Nollmeyer is an undergraduate interdisciplinary studies student.
