I spent 2.5 years building my site by using library computers, but it seems that noone was listening,
except "authorities" who shut it down. I dont know if I will be able to replace it, but I have managed to put up this old homepage to store & access some of my basic links & groups etc. But even that will take time that I dont have. Its not much YET, but its the best I can do under my circumstances. Sorry
