I have aquired a depose Italy 1002 marble based clock/figurines. It has a shepard boy with dog leaning against the clock, and a girl sat holding a goat with two sheep at thier feet. The clock is a spring wound clock made in West Germany. Can anybody help with identification or point me right direction to find information. Thanks newbe

I am very disappointed with this website. I ordered $138 worth of merchandise on 12/8 and just assumed it would be shipped in a timely manner. I called a week later, not shipped because one of the items was backordered, but they promised they would ship the next day. The next day, House of Fontanini's phones were out, so I could talk to anyone. Yesterday, I talked a customer service rep who said the item still was not in and nothing was shipped. I asked him to ship without the item and he said I'd have to pay shipping on the separate item, which i did not want to do. Then he basically suggested I should cancel my order and he actually CANCELLED the entire order right then and there! I would have done it myself, but I thought that was unbelievable. I called back to talk to the supervisor, but they were in shipping, obviously not shipping MY order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. Theresa McFarland (Texas). We have a moderate 5" Nativity collection that is displayed all year long. now after the third full year it appears that they require cleaning. How ,what cleaner, soap and water OK ???

We have a set of very old nativity figures of high quality, which were apparently purchased at F.W. Woolworth's for $0.29 apiece a long time ago. The bases are painted green and are solid across the bottom, with "Hand Painted in Italy" stamped in black. They look very much like modern Fontanini items we have purchased in the past few years. Any way to determine if they are the real deal?
