The 1st Pioneer Scout Troop Bulawayo, (Matabeleland Zimbabwe), and the history of other Troops including Gordon Park Scout Camp Site - 200 acres in the beautiful Matopos Game Park where many Woodbadge courses are/have been held.
In this blog we explore the history and lore and philosophy of the 21st Century Wood Badge program, provide a forum for the staff and participants of our course, and hopefully make it interesting and fun to read!
Wood Badge Course SR-269 (Circle 10 Council WB-53) was held a Zastro Camp on the Philmont Scout Reservation on the 50th anniversary of Wood Badge in the US. Course dates were 6/6-13/98.
