Author of 5 time travel romances from harlequin and silhouette. I've read 3 of them... they're pretty good. Wonder why she isn't more prolific or in possession of an Email Address!
Mmmmm... Jamie Fraser. A woman travels through a standing stone in 194_ and finds herself in 174_, going from post WWII to pre Jacobite uprising, and finds true love; the preal problem arises when she return to her own time pregnant with a baby from the past! Imagine your mother is a doctor from the 1960s and your father is a Highlander from the 1700s... and your fahter saw a picture of you in a bikini?
Paranormal Romance is all the rage right now and Sherrilyn / Kinley was right up there when the "fad" started... Her Dark-Hunter books are the epitome of GOOD Paranormal Romance.
She's written LOTS of Harlequin romances and is also the author of the wonderful Werewolf Moon books. Many of her books are paranormal and she's collaborated with the likes of Laurell K. Hamilton, Linda Lael Miller and Sherrilyn Kenyon.
Christine Feehan burst onto the Romantic Fantasy field and created quite a stir. Now, a couple of years later, her books are still coming fairly steadily and winning awards in both Romance and Paranorman Romance fields.
Well, I certainly started reading her because of the remarkable cover to the original print of _Waiting_For_The_Wolf_ Moon_, but I find I rather like her other stuff, too! (I even read her Yvonne material.) The libarary keeps trying to skip ordering, but if I fill out enough request cards, they get the books, too. Not that I don't buy them...
