I am an American living in Bulgaria. I was a culinary student at the CIA, which is where I first learned of Kombucha. Since returning to Bulgaria, I would like to make some Kombucha, but I have no way of getting a starter. There is no commercial Kombucha available and I have not yet found anyone who has heard of it, so getting a SCOBY from a friend is currently impossible. If anyone would be willing or knows someone who would be willing to mail me a bit of SCOBY, so I can spread the word about Kombucha!
