Aspartame is in diet pop, diet products, Jello, blue enveloped artificial sweeteners, and maybe more. It can cause the same symptoms as Fibromyalgia. A sister is really sensitive to caffeine, also. So, my daughter, has tried this experiment to get off both, diet sodas and caffeine. And, thus far, the pain associated with Fibromyalgia has not returned.
