Hi, i am new here, i am a 41 yr old female and i have been diagnosed with bipolar and borderline disorder, i see i am not alone, although i have always felt like i was. I would like to meet people with my illness so i can talk & relate and maybe make some friends that understand me. I am in the lowest of lows at the moment, feeling detached, from myself. But my sence of humour is there somewhere.

In 2006, I was diagnosed with Bipolar II. I began this blog to chronicle my treatment journey, as well as the day to day struggles and victories associated with my illness. After taking a two year hiatus from blogging, I came back in 2011 to fill in the gaps and resume my account of life with a mental disorder.

We are a group of Christians who provide a safe place for people suffering from depression, bi-polar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and other illnesses. We have a newsletter and prayer team that will pray for anyone in need.
