Middle Ages and Renaissance Interest

This ring contains sites for people interested in history of the Dark Ages, Medieval period, or Renaissance (primarily but not limited to Europe, East Asia, Middle East, and North Africa). This includes historical research, Living History, Libraries, historical gaming, artwork, museums, etc., ad infinitum. If it's medieval, it's for us.

In the middle ages it was believed that there was a Jewish man still alive who had been alive at the time of Jesus Christ. The legend has obviously anti-Semitic origins and the central character of the enduring legend may be seen as a sort of medieval Ancient Mariner or Flying Dutchman.
