The musings of Buddy, a rescued stray mutt, as he enjoys his new suburban home and a growing list of friends. Buddy was unapproachable, on the run from Animal Control for over a year, before health problems finally convinced him it was time for "assisted living." The blog starts with his own account of his decision to let his new people "catch" him. It has become an ongoing testimonial from a dog's viewpoint to the joys of being adopted.
There are no better creatures on earth than dogs. Since the night when a smart wolf cried at our cave entrance, we have given canines our food, our homes and our love. They in turn, give us joy, love, tons of laughs and a longer life.
