Natural Horsemanship requires training that focuses on the horse’s natural instincts and their herd mentality to guide the horse to do what the owner wants it to do. Rather than using force, Natural Horsemanship is the philosophy of working with horses by appealing to their instincts. It involves developing communication techniques that closely resemble the relationships that exist between horses.
