This Order has been founded upon the idea of preserving (or possibly creating) free speech within Vampyre / Vampire Communities. OCT does not pretend that any issues presented here can be resolved, nor any authority to implement any solutions which may be arrived at. What the Order exists to accomplish is to see that issues at least have somewhere to be addressed -- if need be, unto the mutual exhaustion of all concerned -- instead of merely belittled, evaded, and/or hushed up.
