It is a shame that this webring has affiliations with members like: TRIBAL AND WESTERN IMPRESSIONS. This outfit in the first place does not allow or offer refunds and does not inform its clients properly before one makes a purchase. In the second place all they offer is exchanges and the exchanges fall as short as the original purchases. I bought a pair of sandals that cost $30, I am a size ten and a half and i called because I have a high instep and was informed that they are true to size but to be on the safe side i should order a size 11 since they do not carry half sizes. The sandals arrived and my foot would not even go into the sandal because of my high instep, i also tried my toe separately and it would not fit. I asked for a refund and they refused saying that they never have given refunds but that they would exchange them. (By the way the sandals were also short in length with at least an inch and a half of my foot not fitting even if it had gone through the instep). They asked me to provide measurements so they could fit me better i did. I received a size 13 sandal the next go round. However now the toe loop was so big that the toe would slip in and out, and the instep was still not big enough to allow my foot to go in. The amazing thing is that this being two and a half sizes bigger than my regular size, it still was the same length as the original leaving an inch and a half of my foot sticking out. I paid 7 to return the item and was asked to return these for another 7 dollars and for me to come to their store to be fitted. (Now I live in NJ and they are in Texas, they know this from shipping). A very curt and short (in character) lady has refused to give me more help even when i said I would talk to the chamber of commerce insisting that they could prove that the new sandals met my measurements that i provided yet they still did not fit. I hope that the ring takes into better consideration who they allow to be represented on their behalf and to you dear reader and potential customer, a word of advice steer clear of this outfit, you will be tossing your money away if dissatisfied with quality or fit. I have never seen more of a schlock outfit than this. I am sorry I ever decided to use their services, the last thing they have on their mind is service all they want is your money, and finally the quality of the sandals is sub par to begin with. I will do my best to discredit this store and if anyone wants proof I have copies of all communications and pictures of the sandals and their inadequacies.
