The Parrot Ring

Hello everyone, my husband bought me an alexandrine parrot of unknown age after my dog passed away (thirteen years old) She a big cage,penty of toys, fresh water, seed and fruit and veggies. I have her for two months. I am dedicated to her well being. I open her cage daily, talk to her, sing to her, and am slowly getting to know her. The problem is that she adores my husband who doesnt really interact with her and she hates me. Aggresive and biting. Sometimes I find myself crying or depressed. I want to love her and she wont let me near her. I dont intend giving up, she has a home with us for life but she is making me sad.
