It's basically an index of payphone numbers from payphones in unusual or famous places.
The list goes on to well over 100 numbers all are accompanied by a picture of the relevant payphone (and even a webcam on some) and I'm receiving more numbers and pictures everyday from the site's visitors all over the world!...
