Why? M.E.N.D. This website is here to help male survivors of Military Sexual Trauma find needed services, support, treatment and emotional needs. In a healthy, safe and secure environment. As well as a place to find other MST survivors. All with Dignity I started M.E.N.D. as a way to help other male survivors find the way out of Hell as Winston Churchill said "IF YOU'RE GOING THROUGH HELL, KEEP GOING" The system we have is to many including myself a living hell and many times I feel violeted again. Services with Honor,Trust, Respect, Justice and Dignity Is all we every asked for when we all joined the Military as soldiers.
As a combat wounded veteran, I offer to speak for fallen friends - In war, it is understood that you give your word of honor to do your duty -- that is -- stand and fight instead of running away and deserting your friends - When you keep your word despite desperately desiring to flee the screaming hell all around, you earn honor - Earning honor under fire changes who you are.
