They're a lot of people out there with depression, panic attacks, different disorders. I want people to learn that they are not alone. Others have these problems and we need to be bonded in a way that we can help each other out. Just to say that I have a friend that knows how I feel! A lot of our members have links to particular sites for help. Some have storys of how it's like to have these disorders and depression. The main thing we would like to say is "Don't Give Up!"

I have through fiction and nonfiction told about crimes and truama my family has gone through.Some pages are not done yet and my site is a family site with a page on rape.I suffer from PTSD and panic attacks and a weight problem due to depression and will be adding pages about my recovery.
I named this site Steel Tears to remind me and others that tears of steel are what ALL victims of abuse must have in order to live. Although we cry and hurt inside, we must fight to be strong...to get through the rough times...to believe in ourselves...to get help...to SURVIVE!
