World of Waterfowl is a community of websites providing information on the feeding, medical needs, and sheltering of domestic waterfowl. These are generally kept by farmers for their eggs or perhaps for their bug removal activities in the garden. The websites may feature a single species of waterfowl, or representatives from several species. Some also feature "show birds" that are entered in county fairs and other bird shows. If you ever wanted a pet duck or a flock of geese, this is the place to start your research.
We have a new smallholding with a lot of young fruit trees. I am interested in keeping muscovies to keep the grass down (among other things!) Might they damage the trees?
Breeders of exhibition Call ducks and Black East Indies. We also raise Standard Silver Laced Cochins, Bantam Blue Cochins, Mille Fleurs and Porcelains, Belgian Quail D'Anvers and Gold Sebrights. We have some other assorted fowl including guineas and peafowl.
We saved a duck after a coyote mauled her. She decided to adopt us and now she's part of the family. This site it dedicated to Quackers, and to fellow duck-a-holics who share our love for duckies.
