This ring of websites cross the boundaries of the specific Invisible Disabilities. Most of the related sites of one Disability join together in one ring. But quite a few with Invisible Disabilities come as a package of disabilies. This ring will cross those boundaries and bring together information and support that can provide help for those who suffer. These websites will help their families and friends understand their disability.
The Chronic Care Community web site contains links to many informational sites which is helpful to anyone suffering from a chronic condition. This site was built by CC Dreamer a 39 yr. old wife and mother of 4, who has multiple chronic conditions and chronic pain conditions. Her personal story, message board, e-cards, many links and more are included in this site.
