The Chronic Care Community web site contains links to many informational sites which is helpful to anyone suffering from a chronic condition. This site was built by CC Dreamer a 39 yr. old wife and mother of 4, who has multiple chronic conditions and chronic pain conditions. Her personal story, message board, e-cards, many links and more are included in this site.
