Vampire: City of Chaos is an online Vampire the Masquerade Based role-playing chronicle. Based in the city of Philadelphia, The Camarilla Has Launched a new effort to retake the city from the hands of the Sabbat. Role-playing is done through a combination of live text chat via IRC or message board posting. Currently the Channel is Camarilla based but we are hoping to eventually expand the scope of play to include all Vampires as well as other supernatural creatures.
